Mr.Ajay Kumar
Ajay Kumar joined February 2020 as plant head. As a multidisciplinary young & dynamic team leader, having an experience of more than 19 years in various food processing industries. Being technical person (mechanical engineer) He is proficient in projects, process development & plant management. His passion to continuously work to develop market oriented food products & its infrastructure at Kotharifoods llp.He has played a key role in development of various products of Betterbite & Besht's Brand.
Mr.Vinay Simon
Mr.Vinay Simon joined Kothari Foods LLP as G.M.Sales in mid 2021 and today he is leading the organization to reach greater heights. He is a true technocrat.
He is a competent professional with 28 years of experience as a master of exponential growth in the business. He has a Midas touch in Sales, Marketing, Branding and P&L Management. His passion is to drive business growth through system driven process automation and people orientation. He is proficient in ensuring that assigned products & services consistently resonate with current and potential customers.
As a multidisciplinary young & dynamic leader, he played a key role in developing & executing strategic initiatives and activities for Wafers and played a key role in driving Modern trade Business for various brands under Dukes. He is a Horse-riding enthusiast and derives satisfaction by helping people.
